ABOUT BUKHARA MANCHESTER
Famed for its authentic Indian cuisine the Bukhara brand can now be seen shining brightly on the streets of Cheetham Hill in Manchester.
Bukhara Manchester and Bukhara Banqueting launched in the summer of 2016 and can boast of a 600 capacity banqueting suite, and 200 cover restaurant serving all the Bukhara favourites such as the classic Roast Leg of Lamb, Thai Mango Salad, and Chilman Biryani.
The Samlesbury site opened in 2004, followed by Rumi in Liverpool in 2014. Bukhara Manchester is based in the Old Town Hall, in Manchester’s Cheetham Hill Road. Renovation took nine months. The restaurant has stayed true to its no alcohol policy, and has introduced a unique atmosphere to the site, including a specially created prayer area for men and women.
Although the restaurant serves from an a la carte menu, there are some tempting meals treats such as the grills and steaks section. Meklas can be completed with the traditional desi favourite mango lassi, or diners could favour the modern mocktails with a variety of flavours.
